Cost
Associate Members: (entitled to elect up to 2 Associate Directors)
£5.00 single
£10.00 family (2 adults plus children under 18)
Full Members: (entitled to vote at elections* and become a Director)
£10.00 per person
*subject to Art Asia’s Constitution which states “only those persons who have been Full Members for three months prior to the Annual General Meeting shall have the right to participate in election for the Board of Directors”.
Membership runs 1 April of the year joining to 31 March of the following year, subject to Art Asia’s Constitution which states “only those persons who have been Full Members for three months prior to the Annual General Meeting shall have the right to participate in election for the Board of Directors”.
Art Asia is a company limited by guarantee. As a member, your liability is limited to £1.00 Membership is subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
